I began seeing Beret when I was in my second trimester of pregnancy. I have a history of neck/shoulder and back issues mostly due to chronic stress and lack of proper stretching etc. Pregnancy certainly made these issues worse and my OBGYN suggested that I go see Beret. I’ve had massages and PT work, been to all manner of spas, sports medicine docs, and chiropractors for the last fifteen years on both coasts (LA and NYC).
I can honestly say that Beret was far and away one of the very best in addressing my aches and pains. She really knows her anatomy and physiology! She works very hard to make sure she’s listening to you as a client, but also instructs and educates while working. She has an amazing energy and is truly gifted at her profession! My husband (who also saw Beret) and I asked if she could move with us to LA, but sadly she declined. Lucky you NYC! She has my very highest recommendation!
