Hui Ling “Sharon” Lam is a New York City based Licensed Massage Therapist, born and raised in Malaysia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Media Studies and International Relations) from University of Malaya in 2007. Sharon graduated from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM) in the AOS Massage Therapy program in December 2017 and obtained her New York state license in March 2018. Her massage training is enriched by her participation in community outreach programs such as the Tunnel to Towers program (a 5K run and walk dedicated to the memory of Stephen Siller, a firefighter who lost his life on September 11, 2001) in September 2016 and 2017, and the Womenkind (previously New York Asian Women Center) outreach program at PCOM in August 2017. Sharon began training as an aerialist with a focus on aerial silks and aerial hoop (lyra) in 2015. She is also a certified Aerial Yoga teacher, receiving her certification from Om Factory in NYC in October 2016. With her experiences as a performer and movement artist, she intends to focus her career as a Licensed Massage Therapist on athletes, performers, and high-mobility clientele. She is also certified in Prenatal Massage from PCOM under the instruction and training of Kiera Nagle, creator of MaMassage® and Assistant Dean of PCOM. Gerry is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist. He has over 17 years of medical massage, sports massage and Deep tissue work he brings to the table for your treatments. He has worked in several high end spas in NYC where he honed his relaxation techniques as well as worked at numerous chiropractors and therapeutic environments in the city. Most recently he has been working with the hospital for special surgery and geriatric patients which has deeply informed his practice. Works Sunday and Thursday pm
A 2010 graduate of FLSM as an LMT and Hydrotherapist Colin Havener found a passion in combining the modalities of applied Kinesiology with the amazing power of massage. He is a former actor dancer and well aquatinted with dance oriented issues from his personal experience ,as well as his experience working with the ‘The American Ballet company’ and the ‘Hispanico Ballet Company’ in New York City. He has also worked with athletes at the US open. One of his greatest joys within his practice is “seeing the light come on” with patience as they realize the bodies potential and make the connection between the sciences and the hands-on modalities of massage. Jacob has just returned from studying abroad with sport teams in the U.K. He studied at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and has been practicing sports and orthopedic massage. He is also a Tai Chi teacher focusing on self defense and movement professional. He brings this movement education to his work with the study of kinesiology and simple movement practices to ease pain and facilitate recovery. Neisha is a native New Yorker. She acquired her bachelor of science degree in business from the university at Albany in 2011 and immediately after, her associates degree in massage therapy from The Swedish Institute in 2012.
Her desire to work in the field of science comes from her own family involvement in health care. However, Neisha was more drawn to a holistic approach to pain management vs. conventional medicine. She is very empathetic from personal experiences and recent life changes have motivated her to step into an environment that allows her to use learned assessment skills to customize massages for each unique client issue. She has worked with athletes from Tour De Cure and is looking forward to working at the U.S. Open this year. Works Monday pm
Autumn Kohl is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist. She is a graduate of the Swedish Institute College of Health and Science in NYC. She has worked in some of New York’s best spas and is sure to deliver a 5 star experience. She also currently works at a chiropractic office where she helps patients with medical issues. A member of the American Massage Therapist Association, she is consistent with continuing her education through classes and research. She has gained extensive experience in the field by working at Great Jones Spa, where she honed her excellent client management and communication skills. She performs Swedish, deep tissue, sports and prenatal massages. In sharing his experience and understanding with others he also found his true passion in helping people to be in control of their own health and wellness through education, massage, and movement. Matt’s writing and speaking about pain and movement has gained him international recognition from doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors, personal trainers, and massage therapists. Sylvia received her Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy from The Swedish Institute in 2009 and has over 8 years of experience working as a massage therapist primarily in the therapeutic environments. She is certified in Neuromuscular Therapy, a comprehensive system for treatment of structural imbalances which she incorporates along with myofascial release, PNF stretching and deep tissue work to provide a unique therapeutic session for her clients to help reduce stress and discomfort and increase pain free movement. She continues to gain knowledge through continuing education courses and research. Her clients range from the athletic to those suffering from chronic pain. Sylvia is also certified in Pre-Natal massage, Fascial Movement, Taping, and Massage Techniques for Breast Cancer patients. She is starting yoga teacher training specific to alignment and movement in order to use yoga in a medical therapeutic capacity. Sylvia is also a cyclist, hiker, and backpacker. Sarah S. works with some of NYC premiere athletes. She became a Licensed Massage Therapist after a chronic running injury compelled her to understand and work with the human body. She went on to study at The Swedish Institute, graduating top of her class, and then dove back into training for triathlons. Sarah specializes in sports massage and pain management and has worked with World Champion triathletes and Olympic athletes of various disciplines. She combines modalities such as trigger point therapy, PNF stretching, fascial release and deep tissue work to help relieve pain and allow you to get back to doing what you love. Sarah is currently a Candidate for a Master’s of Science Degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine and will do any race that involves a costume. Works Saturday and Thursday pm
Frances is a native New Yorker and has been a licensed massage therapist since 2007, so she is bringing a lot of experience to the table. She is currently pursuing a degree in Exercise Science at Lehman College to deepen her already excellent understanding of the human body and how it works. This makes her an excellent choice for athletic issues, injury and pain related problems. She also holds a Associates Degree Frances in Occupational Therapy from Swedish Institute and uses a wide range of techniques to treat her patients. (including trigger point, stretching, Swedish, pin and stretch, mobilizations, fascia work and more) Her experience ranges from working closely with chiropractors in medical settings to spas. Her preferred work however is in treating people with chronic pain and has treated many populations ranging from athletics to seniors. Graduating from the Swedish Institute in NY Laura has almost 10 years of experience in massage therapy and personal training. She has always gravitated toward a medical approach to massage therapy. An avid athlete from adolescence to now, Laura has always been fascinated by movement and the human body. Early on in her athleticism she was an active in soccer and softball and today she is a passionate weight lifter, boxer and runner. Suffering from a foot injury that lead to surgery, Laura knows full well how it feels to be an injured athlete and how to heal her own body. With this knowledge she has worked extensively with dancers, runners and other athletes.

Each has gone through a training program organized by the owner, who attended school massage school in Canada where massage is a much more challenging full rehabilitory medical program, rather than the New York standard massage program.
