Our policies have changed with the needs of the times. What made sense in 2020 and 2021 doesn’t make sense now, so this page has been rewritten to reflect how we actually work today. Below is our current safety, cleaning and pricing information.
Updated August 2026 — our current safety policy
- Masks are optional for guests and therapists. However, if you require a mask to be worn by your therapist, please ask — they’re happy to accommodate. We know everyone has a different health status, or may have someone at home with a challenging health status.
- No proof of vaccination is required for any service, including intra-oral TMJ massage.
- Our waiting room is open, and free Wi-Fi is provided as well as water.
- If you’re sick, please reschedule — we have a 16 hour cancellation policy. If you find yourself unwell on the day of your appointment, please reach out to the desk as soon as possible so that we can help you manage this.
How we keep the office clean
- Our office is fully stocked with masks, latex gloves and nitrile gloves that can be used as needed.
- Therapists follow strict cleaning policies, including table wipe downs and surface wipe downs. No equipment is shared between clients unless it has been sterilized or steamed.
- All therapists wash their hands between appointments.
- All of our linens and sheets come from a medical grade cleaning company. Nothing is shared between clients — each piece of fabric is cleaned to hospital grade standards.
- Therapists who are sick are asked to stay home.
- Both locations are accessible by elevator.
