Carlos has been a massage therapist for the last 18 years, working in various settings such as collaborating with Chiropractors and Physical Therapists with a diverse range of clients, including professional and amateur athletes such as martial artists, tennis players, runners, actors, singers, and individuals recovering from post surgery. He graduated from the Swedish Institute of College Health Sciences in 2007 and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. He participated in the US Open from 2014-2018, working with elite top athletes.
He trained in karate, boxing, Muay Thai and most recently practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He specializes in sports, medical, prenatal, and TMJ. Carlos’s goal is to use science and bodywork to help clients through physical and emotional trauma that manifests as pain, improve movement patterns, and provide a safe space for self-discovery. His approach is centered on developing long-term, holistic chronic pain management strategies. Outside of his profession, he’s a professional actor, TV/Film, enjoys cooking, exploring foods in and out the city.
