Aimee

Aimee received her New York State license in 1995 at the Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy. She is certified in dozens of modalities and has worked extensively in the dance and performing arts communities with injury prevention and rehabilitation. Aimee also has an MFA in performing arts, is a working voice actor for over 20 years and is founder and CEO of Be The Change Animal Rescue a 501 (c)(3) non-profit helping injured and homeless animals in Harlem. As a therapist, her focus is wellness through balance. Her main modalities are deep tissue sports massage, trigger point and myofascial release therapies.
